Local Employment Policies

The Miller Group has a strong history of providing foundation and further education courses throughout the company.

Local employment initiatives are a part of our regeneration projects, we seek to provide employment and housing opportunities whenever possible, working closely with local schools and colleges to provide training which leads to long term employment opportunities.

Miller also has strong links with the Chartered Institute of Building and promotes training which can lead to Chartered Membership for all members of its workforce.
