The Miller Group Ltd is committed to the promotion of the health, safety and wellbeing of its employees and those who may be affected by its operations, to the provision of a safe and healthy work environment and to the prevention of occupational injuries and illnesses. Where reasonable the organisation shall strive to exceed legislative requirements by adopting best practices to achieve these objectives and to promote a positive attitude toward health, safety and environment.
This policy applies to all Miller Group Subsidiaries, Associated Companies and Group Services.

1.0 To minimise the risk of damage to people, property and the environment.
2.0 To continually improve our performance in safety, health and environmental matters.
3.0 To comply with all relevant legal requirements and support best practice.
4.0 To support our mission in delivering outstanding levels of performance and world class service.
Group Requirements
In order to achieve these objectives:
1.0 Subsidiary Companies shall:
1.1 Define and implement Health, Safety and Environmental Policy Statements that are compliant with this Group Policy.
1.2 Develop Health, Safety and Environmental systems in line with the requirements of OHSAS 18001 and IS0 14001, as they affect their business operations.
1.3 Keep the Group Board informed of performance and systems-compliance as directed.
2.0 Group Services shall:
2.1 Be aligned to and comply with the SH&E provisions of a nominated subsidiary company.
3.0 Associated Companies shall:
3.1 Adequately address Health Safety and Environmental issues throughout their formation and operation.
This policy shall be subject to annual review.
