Delivering Quality

We are committed to delivering schemes which meet the requirements of our customers and this includes meeting the standards expected by both the private and public sectors including, Code for Sustainable Homes, Lifetime Homes, the Housing Corporation Design and Quality in Development Standards and Secured by Design. One independent assessor of quality standards is the National House Building Council (NHBC). Twelve site managers representing Miller Homes won the NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards in 2006, of which five went on to earn a Seal of Excellence and two became Regional winners.
